Simple layer. Open revenue-now.md when the sales system is built but no money is moving. Replace the placeholder with a real person, keep the message not-sent, and close one proof gate before opening another agent.
The operator command calls work/life-os-revenue-now.mjs. It writes revenue-now.md, revenue-now.json, and revenue-now-import.json. It composes First Client Move, Sales Week Sprint, Client Conversation Launcher, Proposal Desk, Proof Asset Studio, and Cashflow Ledger into a local-only manual action plan.

revenue-now-import.json adds captures, pipeline slots, proof content, proposal gates, and a revenue rhythm. It does not send messages, post content, scrape profiles, touch Gmail/OAuth, automate payments, or book calendars.
