Lesson 47 - Progress Brief
ENPT

Re-enter through the proof of what already exists.

Progress Brief is the answer to the lost feeling: it tells you what has been built, what is still missing, which files to open first, and the next small proof gate to execute.

Simple layer. When you do not know what has been done, do not open another agent or another project. First read O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO.md, then choose one proof gate. This keeps the Life OS grounded in evidence instead of memory panic.
The operator command calls work/life-os-progress-brief.mjs. It writes O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO.md, O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO.json, and O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO-import.json. The report counts 50 lesson pairs, 102 course HTML files, 43 refresh steps, 12 import captures, local-only guardrails, and the not autonomous Jarvis boundary.

Run the brief

node work/life-os.mjs progress

# or directly:
node work/life-os-progress-brief.mjs

# then open:
outputs/life-os-command-center/O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO.md

6 next actionsOpen the report, open START-HERE, run now if needed, prepare one client move, journal the proof, then open another agent.
12 import capturesThe cockpit import turns re-entry into a visible local queue.
Current proof counts: 50 lesson pairs, 102 course HTML files, 43 refresh steps, and 12 import captures.

Import into the cockpit

O-QUE-JA-FOI-FEITO-import.json contains 12 import captures plus one project, one pipeline row, one content row, one learning row, and a rhythm generated from the next path. Export the cockpit state first.

Guardrails

This is local-only and manual-only. It is not autonomous Jarvis: it does not send, post, scrape, touch Gmail/OAuth, automate payments, book calendars, or publish private state. The published course can teach the method; the private command center stays local.
