Client Conversation Launcher prepares a single sales conversation with a real person, observed signal, diagnostic draft, safe proof link, next decision, and closeout. It includes 6 launch steps, 10 conversation candidates, 8 message drafts, 6 proof links, 6 objection bridges, 6 closeout questions, and 12 import captures.

Simple layer. Do not start with a campaign. Pick one real person, one observed signal, one respectful question, and one safe proof. Then decide: send manually, follow up, invite to diagnosis, nurture, park, or discard.

The operator command calls work/life-os-client-conversation-launcher.mjs and rewrites client-conversation-launcher.md, client-conversation-launcher.json, and client-conversation-import.json. It reads offer, profile, outreach, diagnostic, relationship, pipeline, proof, revenue activation, proposal, and journal files.

Guardrails

The launcher is manual-only, no-send, no-post, no-scrape, and no-Gmail/OAuth. It does not post, DM, email, scrape, use private client data, promise revenue, or touch native apps. If the person is a placeholder, the signal is not observed, or the proof is private, park the slot.
