Lesson 19 - Company Builder
ENPT

Turn "build my company" into an operating blueprint.

The Company Builder connects offer, pipeline, cashflow, presence, weekly review, learning, and session context into positioning, business model, roles, KPIs, assets, risks, and a 90-day plan.

Simple layer. This is the company map. It does not ask you to solve everything. It names the business, the first offer ladder, the weekly operating rhythm, and the next seven days.
The generator reads local revenue, offer, acquisition, pipeline, cashflow, presence, weekly, learning, and session import files. It writes Markdown, JSON, and a cockpit import with sanitized fields and manual-only guardrails.

Run the builder

node work/life-os-company-builder.mjs
# or
node work/life-os.mjs company

# then open:
outputs/life-os-command-center/company-builder.md

Read five layers

PositioningCategory, one-liner, audience, wedge offer, promise, and anti-positioning.
ModelRevenue streams, offer ladder, target segments, and pricing rules.
OperatingWeekly cadence, delivery, sales, content, and learning systems.
ControlRoles, KPIs, asset map, risks, and decision rules.
Motion90-day plan plus the next seven days with proof gates.

Manual-only guardrails

The builder does not register a company, open bank accounts, access Stripe, calculate taxes, create contracts, send proposals, post, DM, email, or provide legal/accounting advice. It organizes the operating plan; you review official decisions manually.

Import into the cockpit

outputs/life-os-command-center/company-builder-import.json
Proof from this run: the builder writes 4 revenue streams, 4 ladder steps, 5 target segments, 7 cadence rows, 6 roles, 10+ KPIs, 10+ assets, 3 90-day phases, 7 next-day actions, and a cockpit import with no private source fields.
